Home Office Requirements
To ensure your success as a Client Support Professional, you must have a strong working knowledge of computers and a home office that is quiet and conducive to conducting business.
A Good Home Office Includes
Computer
A desktop/tower computer running Windows 7 or Windows 10. Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better, 4 GB RAM minimum, 60 GB total storage.
High Speed Internet
Hard-wired connection (no wireless). Minimum 10 mbps download / 3 mbps upload. Maximum latency 120ms.
Corded Landline or VoIP
A corded landline or VoIP telephone without any features such as call waiting, caller ID, or voicemail.
Headsets
A telephone headset AND a separate VoIP headset for training class. Both are required.
Proper Workspace
A quiet desk with ample space, a comfortable desk chair, and proper lighting. Your environment must be conducive to professional customer service.
Quiet Environment
A dedicated quiet space free from background noise, pets, and distractions during all calls and training sessions.

Agents must service on the computer they use to perform the PC Scan at time of enrollment. Certain client programs may have additional requirements. Always review the Opportunity Announcement carefully.
